Fundsqore is operated by Lanthor Advisory AB, referred to in these terms as “we” or “us”. Fundsqore provides fund and market intelligence for professional analysis, comparison, reporting, client work and fundraising.
The platform supports professional analysis and decision-making. It does not constitute investment, legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or financial advice. Users remain solely responsible for all investment decisions, fund operations, disclosures, and compliance obligations.
Fundsqore is not a regulatory authority, competent authority, or financial regulator. The platform does not assess or certify compliance with any regulatory requirement. Outputs from the platform are not binding determinations of regulatory status.
The platform does not represent any national competent authority (NCA) or European regulatory body. Users should seek independent legal and compliance advice for formal regulatory assessments.
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, rights, and authority for all information submitted to the platform. Outputs are generated from submitted records, public disclosures, configured methodologies, and available market data, and may not reflect every relevant fact or market participant.
Users acknowledge that:
- Platform outputs reflect available data and the methodology configured for the relevant tool - Benchmarking and market-intelligence outputs may be incomplete, delayed, anonymised, suppressed, or subject to sample-size thresholds - Secondary-market observations, comparable-fund records, forecasts, and generated reports are informational only - All outputs should be reviewed by qualified professionals before use in investment decisions, investor communications, financial promotions, or regulatory submissions
Subject to your service agreement and applicable source licences, you may use outputs in your organisation’s analysis, reporting, client work, investor communications and fundraising materials. Include the relevant sources and limitations, protect confidential information and obtain any required professional review. Users may not:
- Share platform outputs externally without appropriate disclaimers identifying the source and limitations - Reproduce, resell, or redistribute platform content or methodology without written consent from Lanthor Advisory AB - Present Fundsqore as providing regulated investment advice or approving a financial promotion - Represent platform outputs as formal regulatory assessments or compliance certifications
All platform software, data models, benchmark definitions, report templates, workflow logic, methodology documentation, and analytical models are the proprietary intellectual property of Lanthor Advisory AB or its licensors. Users receive a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use platform outputs for the professional purposes permitted in section 4, subject to the service agreement and applicable source licences.
Rights in confidential methodologies, workflow designs and analytical models are reserved to Lanthor Advisory AB or its licensors under applicable law.
We protect client-submitted fund information as confidential. Access by contracted service providers, disclosures required by law and any authorised publication are governed by the service agreement and Privacy Policy. Client-submitted fund records are not made available to other customers in identifiable form without authorisation. Aggregated and anonymised insights may be used to improve the platform's benchmarking accuracy.
Full details of data handling practices are set out in the Privacy Policy. By using the platform, users confirm they have appropriate authority to submit the fund-level information they provide.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lanthor Advisory AB accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on platform outputs, including but not limited to investment decisions, regulatory non-compliance, or reputational consequences.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Fundsqore does not warrant that outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
These Terms of Use are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes arising from use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users will be notified of material changes by email.
